Natuzzi faces delisting from NYSE over insufficient market capitalization

The NYSE has suspended trading in Natuzzi’s American Depositary Shares and initiated a delisting proceeding because the average global market capitalization over 30 trading days fell below the required $15 million threshold. Natuzzi reaches binding agreement with candidate for CEO post

Natuzzi has entered into a binding agreement with a candidate for the position of chief executive officer. The appointment requires shareholder approval at the general meeting on 11 or 14 September 2026; the candidate’s identity is to be announced by the end of August 2026, subject to release from current professional obligations.
