NCR Atleos has received the consent of holders of a majority of the outstanding principal amount to amendments to the terms of its senior secured 9.500% notes due 2029. The company, the guarantor subsidiaries and the trustee signed a supplemental agreement that became effective immediately and is binding on all noteholders, including non‑consenting holders. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Truist Securities acted as solicitation agents, and D.F.
