Net Lease Office Properties sold a 1,064,788-square-foot office building in Houston, leased to KBR, for a contract price of $66 million and realized net proceeds of about $65.4 million. The transaction closed on January 15 and was disclosed in an SEC filing. In its Q3 2025 investor letter Kingdom Capital Advisors said it highlighted Net Lease Office Properties after the firm divested 22 of 59 properties, repaid all corporate-level debt and returned a dividend roughly equal to 20% of Kingdom’s initial cost basis. Kingdom expects additional marketed or under-contract properties to generate dividends that would further reduce its cost basis to near zero.
