The insolvency administrator of Noratis has decided to abandon the previous refinancing plans and realise the existing portfolio through sales. At the same time, the inclusion of Noratis shares in the Freiverkehr (Basic Board) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange has been terminated. The insolvency administrator of Noratis has decided to terminate the inclusion of the share in the Scale segment of the open market; the letter was forwarded to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. With the expiry of the three-month period, the Scale listing will end no later than 26 August 2026. Noratis is conducting in-depth negotiations based on a term sheet with a North American credit fund on refinancing its existing portfolio of around €227m. The closing is subject to court confirmation of the plan and customary closing conditions; completion is targeted for the second quarter of 2026. Noratis has applied to lift self-administration and to continue the debt restructuring in regular insolvency proceedings; the insolvency monitor and the creditors’ committee reaffirm their confidence in the restructuring course, and operational business continues unchanged. » Mere på finanzen.net
