PAR Technologie has introduced Guest360, a customer data platform integrated into the Punchh suite that consolidates guest data from POS systems, kiosks, drive-thru, pay-at-table, and ordering and delivery channels to create unified profiles. The platform uses profile stitching to segment both loyalty-program members and anonymous guests, and enables personalized offers, win-back campaigns, and direct loyalty enrollments without exporting to external marketing tools. The feature reactivated numerous inactive members and led to a higher average ticket value among participants.
