In Q3 2025 the company beat expectations with EPS of $0.82 (estimate $0.55) and revenue of $315.4 million (expected $243.96 million). Perimeter completed the acquisition of Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT) for roughly $685 million in cash, which it expects will strengthen its medical-device capabilities.
