Persimmon issued 25,483 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each in August to satisfy claims under employee share schemes. Of these, 23,946 shares related to the Persimmon 2017 Performance Share Plan and 1,537 shares to the Persimmon Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2018. Deutsche Bank has upgraded Persimmon from "hold" to "buy" and slightly cut its price target from 1,419p to 1,403p, citing weakness in the share price.
