Lunt Capital Management disclosed a purchase of 495,999 Class A shares and 12,580 Class B shares of Ramaco Resources, an estimated $13.03 million trade based on quarterly average pricing. After the filing Ramaco represents about 3.76% of the fund’s AUM and sits among its top five holdings. Ramaco is expanding from metallurgical coal into rare earths and critical minerals via its Brook Mine project and a planned Ramaco Rare Earths platform, a strategy cited as a likely reason for the increased stake.
