RingCentral advances AI-native platform while maintaining cash-flow discipline

RingCentral aims to become an AI-native communications platform and plans to raise the share of AI products in ARR from the current 13% to at least 50% long term. The AI agent product AIR has more than 16,000 paying customers, the Customer Engagement Bundle won 10,000 customers; about 50% of new customers choose AI products. Financial targets remain conservative: ARR of $2.8 billion, free cash flow for the year above $600 million and a targeted GAAP operating margin of 20% in two to three years.
