Rubis raises 2026 EBITDA forecast after strong first half

Rubis reported H1 2026 EBITDA of €434m (+18%) and group net income of €191m (+17%) and has raised its 2026 EBITDA guidance to €775–825m. Growth was driven by LPG, fuels, bitumen and renewable energies, with bitumen volumes and margins rising notably. Rubis reports total sales volume of 1.768 million m³ in Q1 2026 (+12%) and a gross margin of €247m (+13%). The bitumen segment posted volume growth of 44% to 194,000 m³ and a margin increase of 49% to €32m. Rubis achieves record cash flow in 2025 despite currency headwinds

Rubis reports FY 2025 EBITDA of €741m (€772m at constant exchange rates) and a record operating cash flow of €735m, while net income attributable to shareholders rose to €309m. The company saw volume and margin growth across all business lines, notably in bitumen distribution, and accelerated growth in renewables with a secured portfolio of 1.4 GW. Net financial debt fell to €602m (0.9x EBITDA); free cash flow and available credit lines strengthen the balance sheet. The dividend is proposed to increase to €2.07 per share.
