Sasol reported adjusted EBITDA up 17% to ZAR 61 billion and free cash flow of ZAR 11.9 billion for fiscal 2026, citing improved Southern African operations, cost discipline and stronger refining margins. Net debt fell 11% to $3.3 billion and the company aims to reduce it below $3 billion by fiscal 2027–2028, a threshold for resuming dividends. Sasol will invest €60 million at its Brunsbüttel site to increase capacity for spherical, high-purity and ultra-high-purity alumina.
