Seacor Marine amends credit agreement and releases $13.7 million from escrow

Seacor Marine signed an amendment to its credit facility that provides for the release of $13.7 million from a locked escrow account to subsidiary SMFH and cancels unused loan commitments of $24.6 million from Tranche B. $41.0 million will remain in the escrow account, which fully finances the remaining construction costs for two new platform supply vessels; deliveries are expected in Q4 2026 and Q1 2027. The company also reported the sale of five vessels previously held for sale for gross proceeds of $46.5 million and, after the transactions, operates a fleet of 38 supply vessels. Seacor Marine sells two liftboats for $76 million to JAD Construction

Seacor Marine has completed the sale of the liftboats L/B Jill and L/B Robert to JAD Construction for a total of $76 million ($45 million for Jill, $31 million for Robert). The company expects an estimated gain of $30.5 million from the transaction and a net cash inflow of about $75.1 million after costs.
