Singulus confirms annual targets after solid H1 2026, stock slips

Singulus reports H1 2026 revenue of €45.3m and an EBIT of €2.7m, and confirms its 2026 revenue guidance of €80–83m. Gross margin was 33.5%, but operating cash flow was negative at -€4.0m and liquidity was tight at €6.8m. Order intake weakened significantly in Q2 (€9.1m); management expects a pick-up in the second half and is counting on contributions from a large solar partner project and the MASS acquisition from 2027. SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES reports revenue of €44.3m (2024: €61.0m) and an EBIT of minus €2.5m (2024: €1.9m) for the first nine months of 2025. Order intake fell to €30.9m and the order backlog stands at €64.0m. Das Segment Halbleiter liefert Sondermaschinen und Maschinenplattformen wie TIMARIS und ROTARIS für den Einsatz in magnetoresistiven Direktzugriffsspeichern, Sensoren, Leistungsreglern und mikroelektromechanischen Systemen. Die Singulus Technologies AG wurde 1995 gegründet und hat ihren Hauptsitz in Kahl am Main, Deutschland.
