Aurora Innovation outlines expansion of autonomous truck business and target for positive cash flow by 2028

Aurora Innovation plans to expand driverless trucks in the Sun Belt region in 2026, introduce a second‑generation fleet in Q2 2026 and operate more than 200 trucks by year‑end. The company plans a Driver‑as‑a‑Service model with a price forecast of $0.85 per mile and sees an annualized revenue run rate of around $80 million at full scale.
