SMC decides dividend of 1,000 JPY per share for 2026

SMC will pay a dividend of 1,000 JPY per share for 2026, unchanged from the previous year. The total payout amounts to 63.54 billion JPY, and the dividend yield is 1.67% (previous year 1.88%). The stock traded at 463.50 USD on the shareholder meeting day via NASDAQ OTC; on the ex-dividend date the price will be adjusted and the payment follows shortly after. NAGA sees strong customer growth and significant margin improvement after CAPEX.com integration

After the integration of CAPEX.com, NAGA ramped up marketing again and is seeing strong user and account growth, while the EBITDA margin improved significantly in the second quarter. SMC-Research expects accelerating revenue momentum, further margin increases and confirms a high upside potential with an updated price target of €1.60. SMC Research assesses the full takeover of CompuSafe Data Systems AG by audius SE as clearly value-enhancing and raises the price target from €21.30 to €25.10. CompuSafe brings around 180 employees and about €20 million in annual revenue, as well as strategic benefits such as a broader customer base and cross-selling potential; audius thereby targets more than €115 million in total performance by 2026 in the medium term.
