As of September 13, the company held about 845,050 Bitcoin at a total cost of USD 63.73 billion (average price USD 75,412/Bitcoin) with a market capitalization of USD 50.3 billion. Strategy also repurchased 1,420,467 shares of the variable-rate, perpetual series A preferred stock (STRC) for USD 139.3 million, but still has repurchase capacities of USD 1.05 billion for preferred shares and USD 1.0 billion for the MSTR share; the USD reserve amounted to USD 5.10 billion and USD cash on hand to USD 1.30 billion.
