TC Energy automatically converts Series 6 preferred shares into Series 5

TC Energy announces that all outstanding variable-rate, redeemable Series 6 preferred shares will automatically convert into fixed-rate Series 5 preferred shares on January 30, 2026, because fewer than one million Series 6 shares remain after the exchange period. After the conversion, the company will have more than 14,000,000 outstanding Series 5 shares, which will trade under the ticker TRP.PR.C; the Series 6 shares will be delisted.
