Sealy reports Q2 revenue decline and shifts strategically to AI services

Sealy reported a 6% revenue decline in the second quarter of 2025 to €27.6 million and announced a strategic transformation toward AI-driven services as well as the acquisition of Integration Group. Adjusted EBITDA was €1.3 million (4.7% margin). For the full year the company forecasts revenue of €108–130 million and adjusted EBITDA of €4.7–7.7 million. Tempur Sealy expands partnership with Fullpower-AI and invests 25 million US dollars
