Baron Capital trims Ventas exposure but maintains long-term bullish outlook

In its Q2 2026 letter, Baron Real Estate Income Fund said it consolidated the fund’s exposure to senior-housing REITs, including Ventas, after strong relative performance and to free up capital for more attractively valued REITs. The fund remains constructive on Ventas’ long-term prospects and may re-enter positions in the future. Ventas to pay quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share

Ventas has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per common share. The payment will be made in cash on October 15, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2026.
