Zealand Pharma sells Rusfertide royalties to Royalty Pharma for $100 million

Zealand Pharma has sold its economic rights to Rusfertide to Royalty Pharma for $100 million. The payment is made in two tranches: $50 million at closing and $50 million on the first anniversary; the transaction is complete.
