Autoliv posts record revenue in Q1 2026 driven by strong growth in India and China

Autoliv reports record Q1 2026 revenue of USD 2.753 billion and beats analyst expectations with EPS of USD 2.05. Drivers were robust OEM business in India and China and positive currency effects, while adjusted operating margin fell to 8.9% (down 1 percentage point). Operating cash flow was temporarily negative (USD -76 million); management, however, confirmed the full-year guidance with an expected adjusted operating margin of 10.5–11% and operating cash flow of around USD 1.2 billion. Autoliv exceeds Q4 forecasts, stock falls despite strong numbers

Autoliv reported Q4 EPS of $3.19 (forecast $2.90) and revenue of $2.82bn (forecast $2.77bn). Despite beating expectations, the stock fell about 4.6% in premarket trading to $120.65. For 2025 the company reported net sales of $10.8bn and adjusted operating income of $1.1bn with an adjusted operating margin of 10.3%. Autoliv retires 1.26 million repurchased shares

Autoliv has retired 1,260,725 common shares repurchased during the quarter, reducing issued shares to 77,301,375 and leaving 74,705,356 shares outstanding.
