BioHarvest Sciences plans secondary listing on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
BioHarvest Sciences will list its common shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) in addition to the NASDAQ, with trading scheduled to begin on 8 September 2026. The company applied to register all 22,667,842 outstanding common shares as well as up to 4,516,021 shares for the employee share plan and 610,742 shares from warrants. The share will trade on the TASE under the ticker BHST in English and “בהסט” in Hebrew. BioHarvest Sciences presents scaling plans and new production facility for plant-cell platform
At an investor conference BioHarvest Sciences presented its "Botanical Synthesis" platform, announced an expansion of production and a new facility with 20–25 tonnes capacity, and highlighted roughly $100 million in investments and 15 patents. Revenue in 2025 was about $35 million, VINIA cumulative revenue exceeded $100 million; for 2026 a D2C revenue of $33–35 million and consolidated revenue of $37–40 million is expected. The company cited a supply agreement for a fragrance molecule totaling 20 tonnes (valued at $20–30 million for 2027–28) and says it holds 20% of that molecule as well as 25% of a saffron molecule. BioHarvest Sciences Q1 revenue rises 8% as CDMO and D2C operations advance
BioHarvest Sciences reported Q1 revenue of $8.5m, up 8% year‑over‑year, and maintained full‑year guidance of $42m–$48m. CDMO revenue grew 135% driven by progress in fragrance and saffron Botanical Synthesis programs, including Stage 2 agreements valued at over $2m. Net loss widened to $2.6m and adjusted EBITDA loss was $1.2m; cash totaled $20.2m at quarter end.
