Confluent has received FedRAMP Authorization to Operate (Moderate) for its Confluent Cloud for Government on AWS GovCloud, allowing it to offer its Apache-Kafka-based data streaming platform for real-time applications to U.S. agencies and affiliated organizations. The service can be procured via existing AWS contracts as well as GSA and other government contract vehicles and is intended to enable rapid deployment of production-ready brokers.
