Adriatic Metals announced that trading in its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange and its CDIs on the Australian Securities Exchange was suspended with effect from today. The suspensions follow the effective implementation of the takeover scheme by Dundee Precious Metals after approval by shareholders and regulators.
