Gulf Resources censured by NASDAQ over late quarterly reports

Gulf Resources sells subsidiary Yuxin Chemical for 21.2 million RMB

Gulf Resources is selling all shares in Shouguang Yuxin Chemical Industry to Shandong Rongyuan Pharmaceutical for 21.2 million RMB, payable in installments through 2028. The agreement, signed on 10 December 2025, was approved by the board of directors.
