Mind Technology reports sharp profit decline in third quarter – shares fall sharply
Mind Technology saw net profit fall to $62,000 in the third quarter from $1.3 million a year earlier on revenues of $9.7 million. Gross profit margin rose to 47%, adjusted EBITDA fell to $1.3 million, and cash on hand amounted to $19.4 million after an $11 million ATM. In premarket trading the share dropped about 19% to $8.62; management emphasized long-term growth, investment in product innovations and expansion of manufacturing. MIND Technologie grows 35% in quarter, stock falls despite profit jump
MIND Technologie reported Q2 of fiscal 2026 revenue up 35% to $13.6m and net profit of $1.9m; gross margin was around 50%. Adjusted EBITDA rose in the quarter, the company reports $7.8m in cash, an order backlog of $12.8m and a pipeline of potential orders worth about $10m. For fiscal 2026 revenue is expected to grow in the high single digits to low double digits, but adjusted EBITDA is forecast to be significantly lower than in 2025.
