At PayPoint’s annual general meeting all 19 proposed resolutions were passed, including the annual report for the year ended 31 March 2026 and a final dividend of 20 pence per ordinary share. PayPoint has appointed Manasi Bhalerao as an independent non-executive director with effect from Tuesday. She will join the nominations, remuneration and audit committees as well as the cyber security and IT committee. Bhalerao is currently group product and technology director for digital and e‑commerce at Tesco and brings leadership experience from Just Eat and American Express along with expertise in product innovation and technology.
