Polaris has agreed to sell a majority stake in Indian Motorcycle to private equity firm Carolwood; Indian Motorcycle will be spun off as a standalone motorcycle business. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2026 and is projected to increase Polaris’ annualized adjusted EBITDA by about $50 million and adjusted EPS by roughly $1.00.
