Q.E.P. reports revenue decline in first quarter, gross margin improves slightly
Q.E.P. Co., Inc. recorded a 3.1% decrease in revenue to $61.5 million in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, attributed to a weak real estate market and lower spending on home improvement projects. Despite the drop in revenue, the gross margin rose to 36.9%. The company also announced the completion of a new production facility and a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share.
