Tilray Brands posts record fiscal 2026 revenue but shares fail to rally

Tilray Brands reported record fiscal 2026 revenue of about $915 million and an 11% rise in adjusted EBITDA to $61.1 million, with adjusted net income nearly doubling to $12.2 million. The results nonetheless missed sell-side forecasts and the company recorded a GAAP net loss of $49.6 million. Tilray increases global cultivation capacity for medical cannabis to around 275 tonnes

Tilray has expanded its annual cultivation capacity from 210 to about 275 tonnes, mainly through production increases in Quebec and at the EU‑GMP‑certified plant in Portugal. Quebec now supplies large volumes to sites in Portugal and Australia, is aiming for EU‑GMP certification within 12 months and has built up inventories for international markets. Tilray to stop brewing at Terrapin site and shift production within US network

Tilray will cease beer production at its Terrapin brewery in Athens, Georgia and move brewing to other facilities in its US network from 25 September as part of efforts to optimise its brewing operations. The taproom, warehouse and repack operations in Athens will remain open and Terrapin will stay in Tilray’s craft beer portfolio.
