Wistron priced 25 million global depositary receipts at $58.88 each, equivalent to 250 million new common shares (about 7.29% of outstanding shares) and roughly a 5.5% discount to the prior close, raising about $1.47 billion to fund purchases of raw materials in foreign currencies.
