Adani Energy Solutions wins ₹4,700 crore transmission contract and to be included in MSCI India

Adani Energy Solutions won a tariff-based power transmission contract in Maharashtra worth ₹4,700 crore, covering 562 circuit kilometres and 9,000 MVA of substation capacity, and intended to enable injection of up to 4,500 MW of renewable energy. The project will be implemented through Satara Power Transmission Ltd and is expected to be completed within 36 months. In addition, Adani Energy Solutions will be added to the MSCI India Index on August 31, 2026, which is estimated to bring about $310 million in passive inflows.
