Loop Industries delivers recycled DMT to Taro Plast for automotive and specialty polymers

Loop Industries has signed a supply agreement with Taro Plast for recycled dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) from the planned "Infinite Loop India" facility. The JV plant with Ester Industries is slated to start in early 2028 and will produce DMT and up to 70,000 tonnes of PET resin annually. Taro Plast plans to use the 100% recycled DMT in automotive and specialty polymer applications; independent tests confirm its purity and performance.
