AC Immune receives FDA fast-track designation for Parkinson vaccine Aci-7104

AC Immune has received FDA Fast Track designation for its drug candidate Aci-7104 for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. AC Immune reports positive interim data for Alzheimer’s drug ACI-24

AC Immune reports 12‑month interim data from the first three cohorts of the Phase‑1b/2 ABATE study in prodromal Alzheimer’s disease. ACI‑24 was generally safe and well tolerated at the doses tested; no ARIA‑E cases occurred, and anti‑Abeta antibody responses showed a dose‑response relationship. A fourth cohort (AD4) with an additional adjuvant was initiated to boost immunogenicity.
