Ambev boosts margins in 2025 thanks to premiumization and digital transformation
Ambev reported significantly better-than-expected results for Q4 and full year 2025: EPS of $0.28 and revenue of $24.81 billion both beat forecasts. Normalized EBITDA margin widened by 50 basis points, driven by premiumization measures, digital growth (BEES GMV +70%) and operational efficiency. Volume declined in most regions but was offset by higher revenue per hectoliter; net income rose to BRL 16.0 billion. For 2026, Ambev plans reinvestments, selective M&A and further shareholder distributions while keeping cost growth controlled. » More on de.investing.com
