  • AMG back in Frankfurt after secondary listing, Schimmelbusch bets on specialty metals and fusion components

Heinz Schimmelbusch rang in AMG’s secondary listing in Frankfurt, marking his return to the Main River. AMG posted revenue of $1.7 billion in 2025, with more than half attributable to AMG Technologies in Hanau, which has strong businesses in heat treatment, vacuum technology, vanadium recycling and a lithium hydroxide plant in Bitterfeld. Analysts see volatile share movements, with a price target of about $50 cited versus the current price of roughly $28. » More on faz.net

AMG plans, after closing (expected in the third quarter), to advance technical studies and pursue a staged project approach, with the project scope to be defined over the next 18–24 months. The purchase price equals less than 1% of AMG’s market capitalization. » More on de.investing.com
