Bank of America downgrades Amrize to underperform, cuts price target to $40
Bank of America has downgraded Amrize from "Neutral" to "Underperform" and reduced the price target from $50 to $40. BofA cut adjusted EBITDA estimates for 2027–28 by about 3% and expects adjusted EPS roughly 10% below consensus; it forecasts annual EBITDA growth of about 3% and EPS growth of about 6% for 2026–28. The bank recommends accelerated share buybacks instead of costly acquisitions and bases the new target on a sum-of-the-parts valuation using lower multiples for the business units. » More on de.investing.com
