BrightSpring Health Services expects broad growth and strong cash flow profile
At the Jefferies conference BrightSpring Health Services presented a diversified growth model focused on specialty pharmacies, home health and hospice services. Management is targeting EBITDA growth of 15–20% over the next two years and expects operating cash flow of more than US$600 million for 2026 and roughly US$500 million of free cash flow (excluding the tax impact of the Community‑Living divestiture). Leverage could fall below 2.0x by year-end, creating room for acquisitions, share buybacks or dividends. Continued growth drivers include generic drug switches, exclusive medication partnerships, technology and AI deployments, and further consolidation opportunities in the home health market. » More on de.investing.com
BrightSpring accelerates growth in pharmacy and provider businesses
BrightSpring presented at the Wells Fargo Healthcare Conference a markedly accelerated EBITDA growth in the pharmacy segment (near 40% in 2025, >40% in H1 2026) and about 20% organic EBITDA growth in the provider business, supported by the integration of Amedisys LHC. Management highlighted investments in automation, AI and M&A as well as reduced leverage (near 2x EBITDA), which creates room for further acquisitions. The company expects 2026 to see the largest headwinds from IRA drug-price negotiations (around $15 million EBITDA impact), with a much smaller effect in 2027, and sees long-term tailwinds from LDD contracts, generic switches and expansion in the infusion and services business. » More on de.investing.com
