The board of directors of Citizens, Inc. has approved an amendment to CEO Jon Stenbergâs employment agreement. Effective April 1, 2026, his annual base salary will increase from $500,000 to $600,000, his target bonus from $400,000 to $480,000, and his long-term performance target value from $450,000 to $540,000. Citizens Financial Group beats Q3 2025 expectations
Citizens Financial Group reported Q3 2025 revenue of $2.12 billion and earnings per share of $1.05, both slightly above analystsâ estimates. Net interest income rose 3.5% in the quarter and the net interest margin increased 5 basis points to 3%; Private Banking deposits of $12.5 billion exceeded the annual target.
