CTS Eventim CEO denies personal motive in trial against former minister Scheuer

Klaus-Peter Schulenberg, CEO of CTS Eventim, testified at the Berlin regional court and rejected any personal motive for his account of the meeting with Andreas Scheuer. He and Georg Kapsch reported an alleged offer by Scheuer to postpone contract awards for the car toll until the ECJ decision. Scheuer and his former state secretary Gerhard Schulz deny the allegations and say they do not recall any postponement offer.
