Ensign Group has acquired the real estate and operations of Las Ventanas de Socorro (126 beds) in Socorro and the Los Arcos del Norte Care Center (124 beds) in El Paso. Subsidiaries of Standard Bearer Healthcare REIT purchased the properties, which are operated by tenants affiliated with Ensign; the transactions took effect on Tuesday.
