Exor: NAV falls 8% in 2025 – automotive holdings weigh on results
Exor reports a decline in NAV per share of 8% to €164.4 for 2025 and a TSR of -18% for shareholders, while the share price closed near its 52‑week low. The main cause were losses at automotive holdings Ferrari, Stellantis and CNH Industrial, which reduced the NAV by €14.9 per share. Positive effects came from portfolio simplification through disposals (including Iveco) and the strong performance of the investment platform Lingotto, which contributed €5.6 per share to NAV. Exor emphasizes financial discipline with a low LTV, a €1bn share buyback program and a 2026 strategy to focus on larger stakes and further portfolio simplification. » More on de.investing.com
