Foresight Solar Fund

Foresight Solar Fund announces it will publish the half-year results for the period ended 30 June 2026 on 22 September 2026. The previously published unaudited net asset value from 11 August remains unchanged and will be confirmed in the results. An analyst conference will be held at 10:00 on 22 September at the company’s London offices in The Shard. At the general meeting, 88.46% of valid votes were against the proposal to wind up Foresight Solar Fund Limited, while 11.54% voted in favour. All other resolutions, including the re-election of directors and approval of the dividend policy, were passed. The board announced it will continue the phased divestment programme and the share buyback programme and shift the portfolio more towards the UK market to reduce the discount to net asset value. Foresight Solar reported a 2025 NAV decline of 11% to £545.9m (NAV per share from 115.2 to 99.2 pence), driven mainly by a tax audit (−£50.3m), write‑downs in Australia and lower power price forecasts. Operationally EBITDA grew to £112.2m and the UK 773‑MW portfolio outperformed production expectations, supporting the dividend; the dividend target for 2026 remains 8.10 pence.
