Gibraltar Industries reported Q2 2026 revenue up 64.6% to $509.5m and adjusted EPS of $1.11, about 9% above consensus. Drivers were the OmniMax acquisition and organic growth; adjusted EBITDA was $87.99m (margin 17.3%). The company raised its 2026 revenue guidance to $1.80bn, slightly above analyst estimates, and streamlined the portfolio after selling the renewables business. In response the stock jumped significantly in premarket trading but remains below its 52-week high. » More on de.investing.com

Gibraltar: OmniMax takeover boosts revenue sharply, margins and earnings under pressure
Gibraltar reported adjusted net sales for Q1 2026 rose 44.6% to $356 million, largely driven by the OmniMax acquisition completed in early February. Adjusted EPS fell to $0.45 and missed expectations due to integration costs, raw material inflation (aluminum +15.6%) and operational inefficiencies; however, EBITDA and operating income increased. Integration is delivering synergies faster than expected (annualized $26.2 million, $16.3 million in EBITDA in 2026), and management reaffirmed the full-year guidance while aiming to reduce debt to below $1.1 billion by the end of 2026. Free cash flow was negative in the quarter (-$41 million) due to seasonal working-capital needs and transaction payments, but the company expects cash-flow improvements in the second half of the year. » More on de.investing.com
