Sarantis Group increases revenue in H1 2026, management refrains from issuing full-year guidance
Sarantis Group reported net sales of EUR 308.3 million in H1 2026 (+1.3%) and adjusted EBITDA of EUR 48.5 million; adjusted EPS fell to EUR 0.44 (-4.3%). Management did not confirm the previous guidance, citing geopolitical risks, higher logistics costs and weak markets in Romania and Ukraine as reasons. The company expects accelerated revenue growth in the second half, considers Q3 to be margin-weak and anticipates price adjustments to take effect in Q4. The target is a net cash position by the end of 2026; the stock reacted with a price decline closer to the 52-week low. » More on de.investing.com
