Grainger grants 753,873 SAYE share options at £1.32 per share
Grainger has granted 753,873 options on ordinary shares under its Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme at an exercise price of £1.32 per share. Of these, 473,845 options relate to three‑year savings contracts and 280,028 to five‑year contracts; participants include CEO Helen Gordon (13,787 options, three‑year), CFO Robert Hudson (23,143, five‑year), deputy CFO David Prescott (23,143, five‑year) and other directors. Grainger PLC reports rental growth and profit increase in first half of 2026
Grainger PLC recorded rental growth of 7.8% in H1 2026 and a 4% rise in EPRA profit, and increased the dividend by 3%.
