HIVE Digital appointed Mark Volk as senior vice president, revenue at its BUZZ High Performance Computing subsidiary and tasked him with the global go-to-market strategy for enterprise, government, sovereign AI, hyperscaler, and research and education segments. Volk is responsible for commercializing GPU-powered AI infrastructure (sovereign AI cloud, GPU-as-a-service, colocation, hybrid solutions) and reports to Craig Tavares. HIVE says that since August 21 it has generated more than $1 million in daily revenue from hashrate and GPU-cloud services, produces on average about 12 bitcoin per day, and that GPU-cloud operations generate roughly $100,000 in daily revenue; the company has signed GPU-cloud contracts with a total contract value of over $600 million and sees a pipeline of more than $1 billion. » More on de.investing.com

HIVE Digital agreed a five‑year GPU cloud services contract with Nvidia worth about $350 million, deploying 2,016 Blackwell Ultra GPUs at its Merritt, British Columbia data centre. The deal is expected to add roughly $70 million in annual revenue and bring HIVE’s ARR to about $180 million, with the facility slated to be fully operational in Q4 and generate about $500,000 per day.
