Instone Real Estate: weak profit in H1 2026, margins remain stable
Instone Real Estate reported adjusted revenue of €184.2m and an adjusted profit after tax of €1.3m for the first half of 2026, while gross margin remained robust at 27.9% and operating cash flow was €42.7m.
