Tobias HÀgglöv to become CFO of Loomis as of 14 September 2026
Loomis has appointed Tobias HÀgglöv as its new chief financial officer and member of the group executive management; he will succeed Johan Wilsby and assume the role on 14 September 2026. HÀgglöv was most recently CFO and executive vice president at Elekta and previously held leadership roles at Recipharm, LEAX, Electrolux, SAS and Accenture. Loomis acquires Argentine cash-management specialist Transportadora del Interior
Loomis has agreed to acquire Transportadora del Interior S.A., a provider of valuables transport and cash-management services operating in Santa Fe and CĂłrdoba. The purchase price corresponds to an enterprise value of 27.5 billion ARS (about 180 million SEK) on a debt- and cash-free basis; closing is expected in Q3 2026. With three new branches Loomis expands its Argentine presence and will be represented in Buenos Aires, CĂłrdoba and Rosario after the deal. Loomis beats Q1 forecasts, shares fall despite strong results
Loomis reported Q1 2026 EPS of SEK 7.88 (forecast SEK 6.90) and revenue of SEK 7.5bn (expectation SEK 7.42bn). The EBITDA margin rose to 12.6% and the US segment reached a record operating margin of 17.9%. Growth was driven by Automated Solutions and international business; on a currencyâadjusted basis organic growth was 9.3%.
