At the Goldman Sachs conference Lyft reported a financial turnaround: the company is generating an annual positive cash flow of around $1 billion and an annualized EBITDA of about $700 million based on Q2 extrapolations. Annual rides are expected to climb above 1 billion; growth will be driven mainly by premium services, international expansion through FreeNow and the integration of autonomous vehicles. Lyft shares fell about 4.3% in the morning after Scotiabank put the stock under coverage with a "Sector Perform" rating and a $17 price target. Unlike Uber and DoorDash, Scotiabank highlighted that Lyft has a structurally weaker competitive position, which amplified negative sentiment.
